We exclusively provide you with an appointment time to look after you. There is plenty of free onsite parking available to our patients. We appreciate it if you could keep to the time as a courtesy for our other patients.
For new patients, we would appreciate if you would arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that we may introduce you to our practice and obtain appropriate medical histories and contact information.
If for some unforeseen reason we run late, we will endeavour to contact you and keep you informed.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would appreciate it if you could let us know either by phoning or emailing us at least 2 business days before hand.
Health insurance rebates
We accept all health insurers. The amount of rebate you get will vary depending on your level of cover and how long you have held the insurance for.
We will do our best to ensure you get the most of your rebate.
Payment is required on the day of treatment.
Our practice accepts payments by cash, cheque, HICAPS, EFTPOS and credit card.
All patient records are held in the strictest confidentiality and will not be distributed to another third party without your written consent at our surgery.
Please note that all x-ray records remain the property of Killara Dental.
