Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment without notification, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee will depend on the length of the appointment.

We reserve the right to request a holding deposit from time to time for appointments longer than 1.5 hrs.

We do our best to run on schedule and appreciate patients turning up on time to prevent having to shorten their appointment.
